Edgestar Return Policy?
EdgeStar's return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Returns requested between 31-60 days after receipt will qualify for store credit. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition, free from scratches or defects, and in the original manufacturer's box and packaging. Items must not have been installed, have any writing on the original packaging, or be missing pieces. Clearance, liquidation, and closeout items are not eligible for return.
For appliance purchases, returns must be set up within 30 days of purchase and can only be arranged over the phone with the Appliance Specialist Team. A 25% restocking fee and any associated return freight charges will be deducted from the refund. However, EdgeStar, Koldfront, Avallon, and Landmark appliances are not subject to the restocking fee.
Defective items can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must have a defect that hinders its usability, or the incorrect item must have been received.
